Brought from the Simple Cooking Channel, he shows that all you need is 2 cups of soft vanilla ice cream. You can let it sit out for a bit to soften, or if in a rush, put it in the microwave for a few seconds. The only other ingredient needed is one and one half cup of self-rising flour. It really is just that easy!
He states that other things can be added such as blueberries, if so desired. If not, just grease a pan and pop it in the oven at 350 degrees and bake approximately 35 minutes, but could take as long as 50. After cooling, enjoy a delicious bread that couldn’t possibly be any more easy to make!
